The North County Mathematics Superbowl broke away from the South Coast Mathematics Superbowl in 2007. We are now hosting the 12th annual event.

The Superbowl consists of four parts. North County schools bring three teams of four students in grades 4, 5, & 6. Students start with two individual tests. After a short break, students separate into their grade level teams to solve five word problems. The final part of the competition is the hands-on building challenge. This is always the most exciting part of the Superbowl!
