Dear Orcutt Families:

As the school year winds down, it’s time to return all District-issued Chromebooks and iPads for students in grades TK–8 and 12. Please plan to return your child's device as scheduled by your child's school site.

To ensure a smooth and efficient return process, we kindly ask that:

• Devices are fully charged
  
  

• Devices are cleaned - Please carefully clean the device before returning
  
  

• Power cords and chargers are placed in a sealed ziplock baggie and returned with the device

• Devices are free of stickers or drawings
  
  

If your child’s device is damaged (e.g., cracked screen, missing keys, etc.), please reach out to your school’s media specialist as soon as possible to discuss damage fees.

Returning devices on time helps us prepare for the upcoming school year and ensures all students are ready to go in the fall.
